Lynn Arsenault McGinnity, Founder & CEO
Founder of LMA Grant Consulting, Lynn works with nonprofit and social impact organizations nationwide to secure the grant funding they need to succeed. Supported by a growing team of grant consultants, Lynn is proud to have led LMA Grant Consulting in its partnership with 40+ organizations since its founding with $16,000,000 raised to date. With a background over the last decade as a nonprofit professional, educator, and Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, Lynn takes a collaborative approach to her work with a focus on building strong relationships with clients, funders, and the nonprofit community at large.
Lynn holds an MBA in Nonprofit Leadership from New England College and a BA in Elementary Education and Liberal Studies with a focus in Psychology from Westfield State University. In her free time, Lynn enjoys traveling with her husband and has two fur babies that occasionally join her Zoom calls! Nellie A. V. Chaban, Strategy Director
Nellie has worked with the LMA Grant Consulting team in the past as a writer and is now in the role of Strategy Director. With more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership in New York City, nationally, and internationally, Nellie has extensive experience in grant writing and fundraising strategy; partnership-building among community organizations, educational institutions, and external stakeholders; program design, facilitation, and research.
Maddie Tudor, Marketing Consultant
Well-versed in both strategy and execution, Maddie Tudor’s expertise is in creating internal marketing systems and building loyalty between brands and their audiences. With on-platform, in-house, and consulting experience on behalf of both talent and brands, she’s negotiated influencer deals worth upwards of $150,000 at Gleam Futures, launched and led World of Wonder’s first marketing department, and developed audiences at AwesomenessTV. As the Founder of Maddie Tudor Consulting, she helps companies from startups and small businesses to leading corporations grow through digital marketing strategy, influencer and partnership campaign management, and operations support.
